On December 17, 2007, Snapps Ferry Packing recalled about 102 pounds of ground beef hamburger patties and bulk ground beef because the meat may be contaminated with E. Coli O157:H7. The recalled beef products were sold at Snapps Ferry Packing’s retail counter on December 11, 2007 and December 12, 2007.
The recalled products are 4-pound packages of “Ground Beef Patties,” and various weight bulk packages of “Ground Beef.” Each recalled product has an establishment number of “Est. 9085” inside the USDA mark of inspection, as well as a “Packed On” date of “Dec.11.07” or “Dec.12.07.”
