On December 5, 2007, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of 138,000 entertainment centers manufactured by Ameriwood Industries Inc. of Tiffin, Ohio due to entrapment and suffocation hazard.

Consumers of the recalled entertainment center should immediately stop use and contact Ameriwood at 1-877-732-8252 between 8am and 4:30pm CT Monday through Friday to receive a free support panel repair kit. Consumers may also visit www.ameriwood.com for additional information.
