On September 24, 2007, Dongmei Li of Queens, New York filed a lawsuit against the maker and exclusive carrier of iPhones, Apple Inc. and AT&T Inc., for price discrimination, underselling, discrimination in rebates, deceptive actions, and other wrongdoings.
