Triumph Child Restraint Systems

On September 27, 2007 the National Highway Safety Administration announced a recall on certain Evenflo Triumph child restraint system due to a product defect that could create a choking hazard.

Affected recalled seats uses six mechanical attachments to hold down the cloth cover. Children can remove the cloth cover near the thigh area revealing the foam liner. Children can break off the foam, creating a choking hazard.
