Fisher Controls LP-gas regulators

On October 12, 2007, Fisher Controls International (FCI) recalled about 144,000 gas regulators because gas can leak from them, posing a fire hazard to customers.

Recalled FCI gas regulators are Model HSR natural gas regulators and various models of LP-gas regulators manufactured from March 2007 through June 2007. The regulators can allow gas to leak from the flanges when a flange screw head breaks, creating a fire hazard.

The recalled regulators were installed on natural gas or LP-gas supply systems in homes and small commercial buildings, and involved products with the following model numbers:

Model numbers are found on white labels attached to the regulator spring case.
