Imported from Korea, the Bella Cucina “Zip Cooker” Model #03908 was recalled on February 8, 2007 after seven reports of burns that resulted in eight injuries involving first, second and third degree burns.

The Bella Cucina “Zip Cooker” Model #03908 ” is marked on the bottom of the stainless steel nine quart pot with name, model number and production date and has a matching lid with black side and top handles. Called a low-pressure cooker, the “Zip Cooker” has expelled hot foods onto users. Recalled cookers were sold on the HSN television network, website and toll-free number from February 2003 through March 2004, and at the HSN employee and retail outlets from March 2003 through June 2004 for about seventy dollars.
