Grand Gourmet Firepits

On November 27, 2007, Meijer Inc. recalled about 6,000 Grand Gourmet Firepits after receiving two reports of the legs bending or snapping off, causing the firepits to tip over. This product defect is considered a fire hazard.

Consumers who own a recalled Grand Gourmet firepit should immediately stop using it and return it to a Meijer retailer for a refund. For more information, customers may also contact Meijer at 1-866-280-8419, or visit the company’s website.
