Zimulti
Acomplia, rimonabant
Zimulti was scheduled to be the American version of Acomplia, an European diet drug that blocks brain receptors that make people feel hunger. The drug is known generically as “rimonabant.”
In June 2007, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration presented data that linked the drug to psychological problems like suicidality, depression and anxiety.
