On August 3, 2007, The Orvis Company announced a recall of about 1,520 plush pillows because a part on the toy can easily detach, posing a choking hazard to children. The recalled toys, stuffed plush horse pillows and stuffed plush fairy doll pillows, were sold with sleeping bags.
