True Religion Brand Fleece Hoodies
On April 22, 2008, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that eight companies have agreed to pay a total of $320,000 after failing to report to the agency that their children’s hooded sweatshirts or jackets may be hazardous. These products, which were eventually recalled by the companies, have drawstrings at the hoods and necks, which may pose strangulation hazards. True Religion Brand Fleece Hoodies, which were sold at Neiman Marcus, were included in the recall.
